CHECK OUT AN ITEM FROM A LIBRARY

RETURN IT TO THE SAME LIBRARY

WHY? 40% cut in state funding to public libraries makes cuts to the Lakeland Library Cooperative delivery necessary.
If you return an item to a library other than the library where it was checked out, the item will not be checked in until it reaches the owning library.
You will remain responsible for the item while it is in transit and for any associated overdue fines if the item reaches the owning library after the due date.

Contact your State Senator and Legislator and ask to reinstate State Aid to public libraries to $10 million next october 1, 2010
